Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

 

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that any organisation that stores, processes, and/or transmits cardholder data maintains a secure environment for that sensitive information.

Information Security Management System

 

The ISO/IEC 27001 standard for security management specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving the documented information Security Management System within the context of an organisation’s overall business risks. The standard ensures best practice for security controls to protect information assets.

IT Service Management System

 

Encompassing data centre operations and supporting functions, the ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard promotes an integrated process approach to effectively deliver services to meet business and customer requirements. This standard is aligned with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the global de facto standard for IT Service Management.

Quality Management System

 

The ISO 9001 standard is applied to the processes that create and control the products and services that we supply, and prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.

Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents

 

Tier Certification of Design Documents is a rigorous set of standards that ratifies the functionality and capacity evidenced in the engineering and architectural specifications of a facility design, taking into account criterias covering mechanical, electrical, structural and site elements. This ensures that the facility provides the level of IT performance and reliability that satisfies business objective for 24 x 7 availability.

Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility

 

Tier Certification of Constructed Facility ensures that a facility has been constructed as designed, and verifies that it is capable of meeting the defined availability requirements based on review of multiple mechanical and facility criteria. Customers can rest assured knowing there are no unforeseen risks, shortfalls, or weak links in the data centre infrastructure.

Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment

 

A Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA), as per the requirements of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRM), is carried out to assess the physical and environmental security of an organisation, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully capable of handling security issues such as security breaches, criminal and terrorism acts, as well as overall business risk.

Data Centre Risk Assessment

 

Based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) framework, a Data Centre Risk Assessment (DCRA) is carried out to identify all major risks, operational weaknesses and current level of resiliency in a data centre in order to determine the extent of protection needed to safeguard it.

The Green Building Index (GBI) is Malaysia’s industry-recognised green rating tool for developers and building owners to design and construct buildings that can save energy, water, promote recycling and more to advocate for sustainability in the built environment and raise awareness about environmental issues.
