Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that any organisation that stores, processes, and/or transmits cardholder data maintains a secure environment for that sensitive information.
Information Security Management System
The ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard for security management specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving the documented information Security Management System within the context of an organisation’s overall business risks. The standard ensures best practice for security controls to protect information assets.

Encompassing data centre operations and supporting functions, the ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 standard promotes an integrated process approach to effectively deliver services to meet business and customer requirements. This standard is aligned with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the global de facto standard for IT Service Management.

The ISO 9001: 2015 standard is applied to the processes that create and control the products and services that we supply, and prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.
Uptime Institute Tier III Certification
The Tier Standard System by Uptime Institute is a rigorous set of standards that determines how reliable a data centre is, taking into account criteria such as uptime, redundancy, fault tolerance and more.
TIA-942 Rated 3 Facilities Certification
The ANSI/TIA-942-B:2017 Rated 3 Site/Facilities Certification validates that the data centre facility meets the standards for concurrent maintainability in electrical, mechanical, telecommunication infrastructure, fire detection/suppression, safety, physical security, site location, architecture and monitoring.
Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment
A Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA), as per the requirements of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRM), is carried out to assess the physical and environmental security of an organisation, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully capable of handling security issues such as security breaches, criminal and terrorism acts, as well as overall business risk.
Data Centre Risk Assessment
Based on Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) framework, a Data Centre Risk Assessment (DCRA) is carried out to identify all major risks, operational weaknesses and current level of resiliency in a data centre in order to determine the extent of protection needed to safeguard it.
Green Building Index
The Green Building Index (GBI) is Malaysia's industry-recognised green rating tool for developers and building owners to design and construct buildings that can save energy, water, promote recycling and more to advocate for sustainability in the built environment and raise awareness about environmental issues.
